Go Play is excited to help you find the right sports program for your child through one of our trusted local partners.

If you are interested in registering for a future season, please complete this form — one per child. A member of our team will follow up to review program options, match your child with the best fit, and guide you through the registration process.

Thanks to generous partners and donors, participation fees are covered. If needed, we can help purchase cleats or other necessary personal equipment.

Transportation is not included. All participants must have timely, consistent transportation to and from all games, practices, and camps. On-site staff, security, and coaches can not care for children before/after activities nor facilitate transportation.
